HGCIK Sealing Gasket

HGCIK Sealing gasket is special designed for flange sealing and insulating in all critical services. It's suitable for raise flat-face and RTJ flanges in all pressure classes even API 15,000 psi service.
Due to its unique pressure activated sealing mechanism, the gasket requires far less bolt stress to seal than any other gasket. The HGCIK gasket inner diameter is exactly matched to the flange bore to eliminate turbulent flow and flange face erosion/corrosion. The seal elements are replaceable in the reusable gasket retainer.

Stainless Steel Core
The standard stainless steel core is 316L. Special materials such as duplex stainless steel, inconel stainless steel can be made according the requirements.
Glass-Reinforced Epoxy
The standard glass-reinforced epoxy material is NAME G10, G11 is available when the temperature requirement is higher.
